Terms of Use

Noku ("Noku", "we", "us") runs nokuediting.com, a site where editors find scenepacks, audios and presets. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you visit the site, make an account, download something or upload as a creator.

By using Noku you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You need to be at least 13 years old to make an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you. Some content may not be suitable for younger viewers, since clips come from movies and shows with their own age ratings.

You can sign in with Discord or with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for what happens on your account. Tell us at management@noku.gg if you think someone else has access to it.

Pick a username that isn't offensive, misleading or pretending to be someone else. We may change or reclaim usernames that break this rule.

Downloads on Noku are free and meant for making your own edits. When you use something from Noku:

• Credit the creator who uploaded it, for example in your video description.
• Don't re-upload, sell or bundle Noku downloads as your own packs or on another download site.
• Don't hotlink, scrape or bulk-download files, or try to get around how downloads are served.

Scenepacks are made from movies and TV shows that belong to their studios and rights holders, and audios may use music owned by others. Noku and its creators don't own that underlying material and can't give you rights to it. You're responsible for how you use it and for following the rules of the platforms you post on.

Only creators approved by a Noku admin can upload. By uploading, you confirm that you made the upload (or have permission to share it) and that it doesn't break these terms.

You keep whatever rights you have in your uploads. You give Noku a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, show and distribute them on the site and in our promotion of the site, for as long as they're up. This ends when you or we remove the upload, except for copies already downloaded.

We can review, edit metadata on, hide or remove any upload, and we can remove creator access at any time.

• Upload anything illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or meant to harass someone.
• Upload malware, or files that aren't what they say they are.
• Spam requests, upvotes, likes or messages, or use bots or multiple accounts to game them.
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or other people's accounts.
• Pretend to be Noku, an admin or another creator.

We respect the rights of copyright owners and respond to valid takedown notices. If you think something on Noku infringes your copyright, follow the steps on our DMCA page. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material will be closed.

You can stop using Noku and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these terms, if we're required to by law, or to protect Noku or its users. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why.

Noku is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and the files safe, but we can't promise the site will always be available, that every file will work in your software, or that content is free of errors. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

As far as the law allows, Noku isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits from using the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months (currently nothing, since Noku is free) or US$50. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

We may update these terms as Noku grows, for example if we add new features. When we make important changes we'll update the date at the top and let account holders know on the site or in Discord. Using Noku after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [state/country], and disputes will be handled in the courts of [location], unless the law where you live says otherwise.
